Use this page to ask for your DRL-FileSync account to be deleted. You do not need to be signed in or to have the app.

What happens

• The account is deleted within 30 days of your request. Until then it keeps working.
• These are removed: the account itself, your list of devices, your plan and payment records, your saved settings and the backup of your encryption key.
• Your photos, videos, files and chats are on your own PC, not on our servers, so nothing there is touched. Keep what you want from them.
• Deleting cannot be undone. Without the account, the apps stop connecting your phone to your PC, and an encrypted library can only be opened with the key you saved yourself.
